Responsibilities:

  • To assess candidates for recruitment using different HR selection tools or other Competency-based interview models and ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements to meet business requirements.
  • To use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social and nonsocial resources, job fairs, and collaboration with top-ranking universities to gather and collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
  • To update the talent acquisition database for Interviews, job requisitions, to produce accurate reports
  • To plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening, phone interviewing, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
  • To assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selecting the most qualified candidates using our ATS.
  • To maintain a strong relationship with the talent acquisition manager and HRBPS to deliver HR plans regarding talent acquisition and liaise with the culture and employer Branding team to execute all employer brand projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related disciplines; an MBA degree; and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition function.
  • Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experienced in using different sourcing channels and assessing the productivity conversion rate, talent hunting ability, and finding qualified candidates for scarce skills.
