You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
Develop and implement training programs and materials.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and development.
Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist in the development of career paths, succession planning, and performance management
Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Assist in team projects such as the development of career paths and succession planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR or training and development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with e-learning platforms and tools such as IDEA.
