Job Description

Daria Chemical Ara specializes in sourcing and supplying raw materials for the oil, gas, petrochemical, lubricant additives, paint, coating, and polymer industries. As a reputable private company, we seek an experienced technical manager to join our expanding team.

Roles:

  • Test and evaluate lubricant products for performance, stability, and compatibility with various equipment.
  • Act as the primary technical contact between the company and customers or partners also visiting customers' plants and supporting the sales department to fix the issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as production, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Ensure that lubricant products comply with environmental, health, and safety standards in various regions (such as ISO, SAE, and API standards).
  • Prepare documentation for product certifications and regulatory approvals.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with technical expertise for promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Train internal teams on the technical aspects of lubricants, including product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Provide technical solutions for complex issues faced by customers using lubricants in their operations.
  • Provide technical essays, and content for all social media of companies monthly.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of lubricant chemistry, applications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially related to technical and chemical issues.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment, testing, and analytical software.
  • Understanding global lubricant standards, certifications, and environmental regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical in the lubricants industry.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
