Job Description

  • Partner with the sales team to develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and retail partner needs.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across various retail channels.
  • Develop and execute impactful in-store marketing campaigns and promotions to generate excitement and drive product sales.
  • Collaborate with retail partners on merchandising strategies, product placement, and window displays to optimize brand presentation.
  • Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials for retail partners, including point-of-sale displays and signage.
  • Analyze retail sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Track and measure the performance of trade marketing initiatives and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and shopper insights to identify opportunities and develop targeted trade marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a related field, with a focus on the FMCG industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and the various channels that drive sales.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful trade marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Perfectly familiar with English.
