We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented trade marketing manager to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives specifically for our pharmacy channel. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, brand awareness, and market share within pharmacies nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans for pharmacies, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy key accounts.
Identify and negotiate strategic trade promotions and merchandising programs to maximize in-store visibility and sales.
Manage and analyze trade spend, ensuring efficient use of resources and return on investment (ROI).
Develop and implement marketing materials specifically tailored for pharmacies (e.g., shelf talkers, brochures, POS displays).
Oversee product launches within pharmacies, creating excitement and generating sales.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure alignment and optimize trade marketing efforts.
Track market trends and competitors’ activity within the pharmacy channel, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing management, specifically within the pharmacy channel.
Strong ability in team leadership and team management.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing programs that drive sales growth.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and buying behaviors.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence pharmacy decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure results.
