Job Description

  • Conduct various training courses.
  • Create, organize, plan, and deliver various forms of face-to-face training, orientation, and skills training for employees.
  • Maintain records of training and development activities and attendance.
  • Review test and assessment results and requirements.
  • Re-train training materials prepared by trainers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through evaluation, surveys, and feedback.
  • Prepare and implement training budgets.
  • Maintain training records and report training costs.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Educational Standard 10015.
  • Familiarity with various resources and institutions organizing training courses.
  • Advanced English.
  • Team player.
  • Familiarity with the principles and techniques of effective negotiation.
