Job Description

  • Train needs assessment through skills assessment and competency model.
  • Design and implement training courses based on the organization's training calendar.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training courses.
  • Provide analytical and statistical reports on the performance of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with training needs assessment methods.
  • Familiarity with methods for evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with modern methods for holding training courses.
  • Knowledge of instructors and educational institutions to hold courses.
  • Familiarity with English (IELTS 6) with conversation and translation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with employees and managers.
  • Ability to persuade stakeholders to participate in training programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
  • At least six years of relevant work experience in the field of human resource training and development.
