Knowledge of instructors and educational institutions to hold courses.
Familiarity with English (IELTS 6) with conversation and translation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and interact with employees and managers.
Ability to persuade stakeholders to participate in training programs.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
At least six years of relevant work experience in the field of human resource training and development.
