We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and knowledgeable individual in the pharmaceutical distribution industry to play a strategic role in developing branch sales as a regional sales manager.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring the achievement of sales goals and the collection of receivables.
• Sales control to prevent business risks.
• Analyzing branch performance and providing improvement solutions.
• Monitoring visit and distribution routes.
• Participating in strategic, sales, and marketing meetings.
• Field visits to evaluate branch performance.
• Developing incentive plans and training the sales team.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Proficient in sales concepts and sales strategies.
• Skilled in team management and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with human resources and strategic management.
• Ability to negotiate, problem solve, and manage emotions.
