Job Description

As the HR manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy and culture of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our business goals. Your primary focus will be to transition our traditional workplace culture into a more systematic and data-driven environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster collaboration, drive change, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Roles:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team from scratch, ensuring effective talent acquisition, development, and retention practices.
  • Design and roll out HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a systematic approach to performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify current and future talent needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform HR decision-making and improve employee experience.
  • Foster a company culture that values continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

Competencies Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and employee development programs.
  • Ability to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing change within an organization.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges with creativity and strategic thinking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within an international or commercial environment.
  • A proven track record of building HR functions from the ground up is highly desirable.
  • Experience in cultural transformation initiatives is a plus.
