- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and conducting reference checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to proactively source candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
