As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the oil and energy sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and conducting reference checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to proactively source candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
