The account manager is responsible for reaching sales targets and maximizing revenue in the existing business segment of LH Group, JV partners, and EW Discover (where applicable). She/he manages and develops customer portfolios, mainly through personal sales visits. In addition, she/he applies an entrepreneurial mindset to constantly look for new ways to develop revenue through partnerships, new contracting approaches, multiple distribution options, and preferred product displays.

Tasks:

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts (incl. quotations) with corporate accounts, agencies, and TMCs, focusing on revenue quality and business growth
  • Negotiate complex contracts with high-potential/high-volume companies developed by the New Business & SME Manager (if applicable)
  • Implement sales product solutions in close cooperation with the market offer coordinator (e.g., corporate net rates).
  • Coordinate new distribution solutions for high-potential accounts, acting as the interface between customers and distribution experts.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance monthly with the account steering expert, identifying new revenue opportunities and implementing sales products to drive growth. Prepare customer visits based on sales insights.
  • Act as a distribution consultant for booking channels to optimize LH group and JV revenue.
  • Lead effective distribution and information flow between customers and travel agents to foster sales and cooperation.
  • Follow up on opportunities from customer meetings and drive business cases with the general manager sales and account steering expert.

Requirements:

  • A high school certificate, a level/ Abitur or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree desirable.
  • Working experience in account management or equivalent sales experience is desirable.
  • Farsi/Persian and English are required.
  • Knowledge of LH group and industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
