POSITION SNAPSHOT;

POSITION SUMMARY
This position makes sure all accommodation, travel, and hotel events go flawlessly and smoothly.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Arrange for all travels (ticket, domestic and international-hotel-domestic and international, and related visa).
- All teams’ events, including nutrition events A to Z (create PO, receiving and checking invoice by details).
- Create a PO for each travel supplier quarterly.
- Receiving and checking all invoices weekly.
- Registration of all invoices weekly from all agencies.
- Check all details of each single invoice if there is any conflict or contradiction, I should follow up with the agencies, which is very time-consuming.
- Insert TRF number, PO Number - department name - name of passenger - date of arrival and departure of passenger, hotel name-airline name - price in total - separate hotel cost and ticket.
- Give a report to finance on the 25th of the Gregorian calendar, sit with finance and check, and close the monthly report.
- Support business travel requirements in an exceptional way (short-notice request, TRF Submission).
What Will Make You Successful?
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to learn.
- Relevant corporate work experience is a plus.
- Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills, with a high sense of quality and professional management of administrative tasks.
- Excellent English.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- The tourism and hospitality field of study is a priority.
