Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales interactions with customers.
  • Determine and implement after sales strategies.
  • Improve relations with customers to maintain and increase their satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Prepare periodic reports on performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with technical and commercial environments.
  • Preferably familiar with the steel industry.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
  • Positive attitude.
