Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall service delivery.
  • Assist with tracking shipments and providing customers with updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer support activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of the transport and logistics industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and customer management systems.
