Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving 100 Percent of assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure growth of at least 25 Percent in sales over the past year in any time frame.
  • Weekly review of the SST file received from the distribution department.
  • Monthly review of inventory report file by product breakdown, expiration date, and distribution to avoid expiration of products in the covered area.
  • Monthly review of the report file of returning goods in order to assess the cause of the referral in the pharmacy indicated in the file to ensure that the ratio of returned goods to sales in the region is less than 1.5 percent per year.
  • Provide job counseling to sales representatives on sales skills, product knowledge, and treatment centers, pharmacies, and doctors.
  • Create added value in the performance of the medical representative in relation to health centers and pharmacies.
  • Ensure that the attrition rate in the team is less than 20 percent in a year.
  • Help the human resources department in recruiting suitable candidates with the right source.
  • Review the medical representatives’ daily reports.
  • Visit deficit and ensure regular visits of A&B grade doctors.
  • Hold weekly and monthly sales review sessions with the team, analyzing and correcting the team's performance.
  • Active participation in regular sessions and other internal meetings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to carry out all marketing and promotional activities in the market based on the marketing plan.
  • Ensure the sale of the whole commodity bundle throughout the dedicated area
  • Responsible for scientific education, morning meetings, and all marketing events in the assigned area.
  • Ensure a high level of marketing intelligence in the team, monitoring competitors' activities and timely reporting to the NSM and side-by-side analysis of market moves and rivals in order to achieve market share criteria.
  • Collect customer feedback and market research through the team at the required time.
  • Review team performance based on DCR (daily call report), IFRS, and SST files and apply timely corrective action.
  • Team leadership with standards and work ethics.
  • Lead, guide, counsel, assist, supervise, and effective leadership to motivate the team on a monthly and yearly basis to achieve goals and incentives.
  • Develop top KOLs of the team to ensure that company-made equity and creating the area is protected without defects.
  • Identify and develop key customers, hospitals, and KOLs.
  • Responsible for the right customer selection for their respective representatives.
  • Check and validate a list of potential customers (doctors and pharmacies) for the entire team.
  • Wide fieldwork across the range and ensure that time and resources are appropriately allocated and utilized by all team members.
  • Provide timely and consistent feedback, monitor, and control various reports of all field forces.
  • Responsible for all marketing activities for the team under their control.
  • Create rules for reports and performance for the team under your control.
  • Go through the mission and cover headquarters when required.

Requirements:

  • Medical Sciences, Medical Management, or Business Management graduates.
  • 3 to 4 years of managerial experience in cosmetic lines, skincare, hair, pharmaceuticals, or complementary companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Mastery of recognizing products scientifically.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Analytical and methodical in your approach to problems.
