• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Responsible for employee contracts (revisions, extensions, terminations …), master list updates
• Maintain compliance with Iran Labor Law regulations concerning employment.
• Record and update personal information
• Preparing monthly report from Clock in/out Machine. (Time Sheet)
• Keeping, monitoring and renewing all office documents;
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field;
• Bachelor Degree in Management fields.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems
• English Fluent
