Job Description

  • Implement educational needs assessment at the organization level.
  • Hold the required training courses and prepare reports on the courses held.
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs and prepare training annual budget.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate with educational institutions to hold the required training courses.
  • Update training databases.
  • Participate in improving the training process and instructions.
  • Participate in promoting organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • At least three years of work experience in related fields.
