HR Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR training and development specialist to join our dynamic team in the Oil and Gas industry. As the HR training and development specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
• Design and deliver training materials and resources including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and other interactive methods.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all employees have access to the necessary resources and materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure training programs align with best practices.
• Support the onboarding process by delivering orientation programs and providing guidance to new employees.
• Create and maintain training records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations.
