Job Description

  • Planning workforce recruitment, including determining job needs, interviewing, reviewing skills, and selecting appropriate workforce.
  • Preparing employment contracts and carrying out employee insurance affairs under approved regulations.
  • Participating in discussions and issues related to the Human Resources Unit (employee retention, welfare affairs, training, etc.).
  • Developing human resources strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least four years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in organizational charts.
  • Familiar with administrative and personnel affairs.
  • Proficient in labor laws, communication techniques, and psychological principles.
  • Ability to improve working relationships and maintain a healthy workplace and develop organizational culture.
  • Proficient in 360 and KPI performance management.
