We seek a highly skilled and experienced senior HR manager to lead our human resources function in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is crucial in shaping and driving the company’s HR strategy. The successful candidate will focus on talent acquisition, people management, employee development, and all core HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with company needs.
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
People Management & Development:
Design and oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
Implement performance management systems that promote accountability, recognition, and career advancement.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people-related matters, ensuring employee engagement and retention.
HR Strategy & Policy:
Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and initiatives that support the business’s objectives and ensure legal compliance.
Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to support the company’s goals and future growth.
Foster a positive company culture, enhancing employee morale and motivation through innovative HR initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying current on legislation that impacts the manufacturing industry.
Drive health and safety initiatives in collaboration with the operations team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with internal equity.
Conduct regular reviews of salary structures and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Fluent in English.
