Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve performance management systems and employee assessments.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage the administration of benefits and compensation.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
  • Deep knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
