Job Description:
Planning and Developing Human Resources Strategy: developing short-term and long-term goals, analyzing the current workforce situation, and determining the number and type of employees required for each department, and budgeting to implement unit operational plans.
Human Resources Data Management: managing and analyzing human resources data to improve decision-making and preparing and presenting management reports.
Organizational Change Management: establishing effective communication with employees during the change process, providing necessary training and support to employees during changes to reduce their resistance.
Employee Relations Management: establishing positive and constructive relationships between employees and management, handling employee complaints and issues fairly and promptly, and maintaining the mental health of the organization.
Employee Training and Development Planning Management: designing and implementing an individual training and development (IDP) system, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing solutions to improve them.
Employee Performance Management: designing and implementing a fair and effective periodic performance evaluation system, providing feedback, and providing development and improvement plans.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or related fields.
At least five years of work experience in human capital management.
