Job Description:

  • Planning and Developing Human Resources Strategy: developing short-term and long-term goals, analyzing the current workforce situation, and determining the number and type of employees required for each department, and budgeting to implement unit operational plans.
  • Human Resources Data Management: managing and analyzing human resources data to improve decision-making and preparing and presenting management reports.
  • Organizational Change Management: establishing effective communication with employees during the change process, providing necessary training and support to employees during changes to reduce their resistance.
  • Employee Relations Management: establishing positive and constructive relationships between employees and management, handling employee complaints and issues fairly and promptly, and maintaining the mental health of the organization.
  • Employee Training and Development Planning Management: designing and implementing an individual training and development (IDP) system, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing solutions to improve them.
  • Employee Performance Management: designing and implementing a fair and effective periodic performance evaluation system, providing feedback, and providing development and improvement plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: designing a competitive and attractive salary and benefits system to attract and retain employees.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and dynamic organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • At least five years of work experience in human capital management.
