Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement a human resources strategy in line with the company's overall business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process of key personnel, focusing on maintaining standards and Employer Branding.
  • Performance Management: Design, implement, and monitor the Performance Appraisal System (PMS) and competency management.
  • Learning and Development (L&D): Plan training courses and develop employee career paths to improve the organization's competency level.
  • Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Manage the salary structure, evaluate jobs, and maintain internal equity.
  • Labor Relations & Compliance: Ensure full compliance of internal procedures with labor and social security laws.

*Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Management or related fields.
  • Proven work experience of at least 8 years in the field of Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Thorough understanding of current HR Metrics concepts and ability to analyze HR data.
  • Strong leadership skills, Stakeholder Management and ability to influence senior levels.
  • Practical experience in companies operating in the field of distribution, FMCG or distribution companies
