Job Description

  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Oversee HR operations, including the administration of benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development.
  • Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
