Job Description

  • Supervise and manage HR team members in roles, responsibilities and continuous performance improvement.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process and talent acquisition process.
  • Analyze jobs and assist in preparing job profiles.
  • Implement and execute the training process based on ISO 10015 requirements.
  • Develop and measure KPIs for hiring, training, and promoting employees.
  • Implement and monitor the training and performance evaluation process.
  • Analyze data with statistical methods to evaluate the results and effectiveness of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least three years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in all HR processes.
  • Proficient in talent acquisition tools and methods.
  • Analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Age range: 32 to 42 years old.
