Medical Representative

Job Description

As a medical representative, you are responsible for promoting the company's products, increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products; customers can include doctors, pharmacists, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate or present products to customers (doctors, pharmacies, etc.) through scheduled and regular visits.
• Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists.
• Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Maximize efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and solve any problems with doctors and pharmacists within his/her area.
• Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
• Update product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.
