Job Description

We seek an organized office assistant to manage daily operations and provide administrative support in our immigration company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff attendance and schedules.
  • Manage CRM system and client database.
  • Coordinate office and management meetings.
  • Provide customer service and handle client communications.
  • Manage petty cash and office purchases.
  • Handle general office administration.
  • Report to the CEO.
  • Probation period: 2 Months.
  • Working hours and days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Travel requirements: No.
  • Gross monthly base salary: 300,000,000 RLS.
  • Benefits: Commission on sales if you help achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2 years of office administration experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in financial record-keeping.
  • Professional demeanor.
