Job Description

Our growing company is hiring for an oncology manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates who do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

  • Use funds allocated to market access activities effectively, and seek opportunities for productivity improvements and cost-savings where possible.
  • Provide coaching or mentoring to all direct reports.
  • Promote constructive challenges, team spirit, and accountability that are based on ensuring the well-being of patients and the dissemination of accurate scientific and medical knowledge.
  • Work closely with regional/local teams to develop and support the execution of training (disease and functional skills).
  • Responsible for the delivery of our training program, with adequate local medical team support.
  • Support sales and marketing Manager to develop the brand strategy, plans, and forecasts.
  • Execute and monitor the brand strategy, in collaboration with sales, regulatory, medical, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, manage and implement marketing plans, including sales materials, for relevant customer-facing teams.
  • Develop partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, KOLs, consumers, patients, clients, and other enterprises to deliver on key projects.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and factors like commercial policy, price, net sales, and investment level and suggest improvements while seeking profit maximization of the products.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in completing and implementing attainable business/brand plans.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the sales and marketing department in the region with at least 3 years in a managerial role; At least 2 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, or Pharmacy; a Master's degree or PhD will be of high preference.
