Job Description

Responsibilities:

Product Discovery:

  • Implement benchmarking strategies to assess product performance against industry standards and competitors.
  • Collaborate on conducting user and market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  • Monitor user reactions after feature release and suggest improvements.
  • Close the feedback loop by incorporating lessons learned from the product release process into future planning and development cycles.

Documentation:

  • Story elaboration, grooming, and acceptance.
  • Finalize the scenarios through communication with tech leads.

Alignment:

  • Proactively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Articulate ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with squad members to deliver functional judo solutions.
  • Ensure alignment and understanding of product goals, limitations, and priorities across all internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee product releases and bug fixes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and continuously update the product backlog.
  • Prepare and organize feature/project reports to communicate status, risks, and delays to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Domain knowledge of VOD/AOD Services, Ad-Aggregators, Web3, Job-Seeking Platforms, Social-Network Games, AR/VR, Chat Services, Renting Platforms, etc.
  • Experience in managing products intended for different platforms such as Websites, PWAs, Native Apps, and Android TVs.
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies and concepts.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good judgment at determining the importance and urgency of things.
  • Being observant of the atmosphere and emotions of colleagues.
  • Openness to feedback and providing timely and constructive feedback to others.
  • Familiarity with Domain Driven Development (DDD).
  • Strong ability to set strategic direction.
  • Effective delegation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
