Introduction:

We are launching a new project aimed at providing roadside assistance to individuals in need. This project is designed to support drivers, travelers, and pedestrians facing roadside emergencies or requiring help on the road. As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing various aspects of the project, guiding it from the initial concept through implementation and ongoing operations. Your efforts will contribute to creating a lasting impact on the community, improving road safety, and strengthening collaboration among organizations and stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the planning, preparation, and successful execution of the project, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Develop a strategy for delivering roadside assistance services, including identifying logistical needs, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Oversee daily project activities to ensure smooth operations, identifying and addressing potential issues.

Logistical Coordination:

  • Manage the logistical preparations required to deliver roadside assistance services, including organizing transportation, coordinating teams, and securing tools and resources.
  • Implement effective systems to dispatch roadside assistance services promptly and efficiently.
  • Plan for the maintenance and consistent supply of required equipment and vehicles.

Community Engagement and Event Management:

  • Organize events, activities, and awareness campaigns to introduce the project and recruit volunteers.
  • Coordinate training sessions to prepare volunteers and participants for their roles.
  • Collaborate with media outlets, influencers, and organizations to promote the project and enhance its visibility within the community.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with defined goals and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of operations and propose improvements when necessary.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety guidelines and best practices for managing roadside emergencies.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements affecting the project’s operations.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, logistics, or related fields, preferably in community-based or social projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and execute complex projects with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Effective communication skills, with fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, build consensus, and maintain clear communication in all situations.

Organizational Skills:

  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptability to changing needs and proactive problem-solving skills.

Driver’s License:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is required, and a clean driving record is preferred (you may be required to drive).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The project is managed by stakeholders based abroad, and payments will be made in USD. During the project establishment phase, payments will be calculated and agreed upon per project milestone. After the project is established, compensation will be provided on a monthly basis.
