Roles:
Cooperating closely with hiring managers and customers to recognize their needs.
Following the A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, sourcing, CV screening, phone interviewing, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
Monitoring talent acquisition KPIs and suggesting for improving funnel.
Presenting weekly and monthly reports of the hiring process.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated expertise in the talent acquisition function.
