Job Description

  • Develop organizational sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales budget, and analyze relevant data.
  • Supervise regional sales managers and employees, manage and evaluate the duties and activities of sales department employees, and organize and train the team.
  • Receive and evaluate customer feedback.
  • Manage the performance evaluation and monitor the process of the dealers and develop new dealers for market development.
  • Manage the coordination process with the financial unit of the company for the collection of requests.
  • Analyze sales statistics.
  • Review the realization of the goals and plans of the team through the reports received.
  • Set discount rates or special pricing plans.
  • Support and retain the main dealer and guidance of other regional dealers and implementation of incentive sales programs
  • Identify emerging markets and market changes with full information about new products and the competitive opportunities in the market.
  • Analyze market needs, perform market analysis, and perform and meet customer and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience and knowledge of the principles and methods of displaying, promoting, and selling products, product display, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • High-level communication skills, leadership, personnel management, client management, business management, analytics, problem-solving, initiative, and innovation.
  • Open to domestic travel.
  • Getting acquainted with the cultural diversity and economic capacities of all provinces and regions of the country.
  • Sales experience in wood products counts as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Turkish is preferred, and at least English proficiency is required
  • Experience in B2B and sales through dealers is an advantage.
