• Creating a strong network with customers.
• Planning and guiding the sales team to identify and attract new customers.
• Leading the sales team to maintain and promote current customers.
• Planning a sales target for the team and monitoring for achievement.
• Increasing the benefits through increasing the number of customers and volume of import/export shipments.

Competencies Required:

• Team leadership skills for sales team (ability to lead, manage, and plan for sales team).
• Well knowing about the ports and available services.
• Capable in negotiations.
• Complete mastery of international correspondence and sales regulations.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
• Fluent in INCOTERMS.
• Familiar with the rules and regulations of doing business in shipping companies.
• Follow-up power and high precision in doing assigned tasks.
• Teamwork with line/ops manager.
• Ability to attend meetings and high persuasiveness.
