Job Description

We are looking for an SEO specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive the growth of our online presence. In this role, you will develop and implement effective SEO strategies, optimize website content, and analyze performance metrics to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to enhance the visibility and performance of our digital assets through effective search engine optimization strategies. This position supports the marketing department and aligns with our mission to connect with our audience, grow brand awareness, and achieve sustainable business growth through organic traffic and lead generation.

Duties:

  • Conducting keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
  • Optimizing on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, etc.) for SEO.
  • Implementing off-page SEO strategies, including link-building.
  • Performing technical SEO audits and ensuring the site is technically optimized.
  • Monitoring website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Staying up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborating with content teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
  • Providing SEO recommendations and creating detailed reports for management

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SEO
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience with on-page and technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Google’s search algorithms and ranking factors
