Job Description

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Source potential candidates through online and offline channels.
  • Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
  • Prepare related reports based on weekly, and monthly periods.
  • Follow end to end of the recruitment process from hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Participation in the development of recruitment and recruitment team.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related fields; or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR; with experience in supervising others.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Applicants Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to follow up and be result-oriented.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
