About the role:

As an HR Business Partner, you would be responsible for developing and administrating all HR-related activities and providing HR-related support to Business teams. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing various processes and interventions aiming at building stronger and more engaged teams, supporting business requirements in achieving business goals, and working towards building a stronger employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and input on business team restructure, performance management, and career development and handle all administrative and legal issues.
  • Participate in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and forecasting in close association with business leaders.
  • Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse and best sources.
  • Design, implement, and monitor special projects/initiatives focused on strengthening, the employer brand, and new joiners' experience, and adopting best-in-class digital/ market best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people's development and happiness quotient.
  • Identify training needs for the employees and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage engagement and welfare activities of the teams aiming at building higher levels of engagement, connecting with the team, and increasing productivity and retention.
  • Own the exit interviews of the related functions and crack the issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or any managerial and operational partnership roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or other related fields; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Hands-on in HR and administrative affairs and a good team player and also excellent in team building and people management.
  • Smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent in writing and verbal interactions.
  • Interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and other technological tools.
  • Good knowledge of Iran's employment/labor laws is a plus.
