  • Update on evolving regulations and advise leadership on best practices to ensure compliance, minimizing legal risks.
  • Close collaboration with executive management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or an MBA/DBA graduate.
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR as an HR manager or supervisor.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ready to travel frequently by car or airplane.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English.
