Strategic Planning: Collaborating with factory HOFs to understand the organization's goals and objectives and aligning HR strategies to support the achievement of the company’s goals.
Talent Management: Developing and implementing talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and assist the L&D program with business objectives.
Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
HR Strategy Development: Participating in the development of the overall HR strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices.
Talent Acquisition: Evaluate recruiting needs for the factory, and closely collaborate with the hiring manager to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions in the organization. Assist with onboarding new hires.
Assisting the Senior HR Business Partner in implementing HR strategies throughout the organization.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in the HR department; at least 4 years of experience as a junior HRBP, HRBP, or HR manager.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Ability to communicate with top management and external suppliers.
Fluent in English.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Very Good computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience in working in a multicultural and multinational environment is an advantage.
