Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with factory HOFs to understand the organization's goals and objectives and aligning HR strategies to support the achievement of the company’s goals.
  • Talent Management: Developing and implementing talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and assist the L&D program with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • HR Strategy Development: Participating in the development of the overall HR strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Talent Acquisition: Evaluate recruiting needs for the factory, and closely collaborate with the hiring manager to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions in the organization. Assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Assisting the Senior HR Business Partner in implementing HR strategies throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the HR department; at least 4 years of experience as a junior HRBP, HRBP, or HR manager.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate with top management and external suppliers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very Good computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in working in a multicultural and multinational environment is an advantage.
