This position will be responsible for leading the human resources department at Sana Pharmed, one of the companies within the Cobel Group.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Oversee HR operations, including the administration of benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development.
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding the culture of startup companies.
