Job Description

  • Responsible for execution of all HR processes provided by the HR department including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, etc.
  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and advice.
  • Identify improvement areas and suggest related action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide practical solutions based on HR procedures and structures.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience as an HRBP or HR Supervisor.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, or related fields; holding a degree in HRM is a plus.
