Responsible for execution of all HR processes provided by the HR department including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, etc.
Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and advice.
Identify improvement areas and suggest related action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide practical solutions based on HR procedures and structures.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience as an HRBP or HR Supervisor.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, or related fields; holding a degree in HRM is a plus.
