Job Description

We at Mammut Khodro Group are looking for a talented, creative, and hardworking person to carry out training and development of the best human resources for the organization. Your main mission in this role is to implement the human resources training and development process for the organization and you will become a key piece in our progressive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out training needs assessment based on job and employee to determine the training needs of employees.
  • Identify educational goals and consider the organization's culture and value system in designing courses.
  • Study and review different training methods and choose the most appropriate implementation method within the framework of the organization's policies.
  • Coordinate with educational centers and various organizers of educational courses based on educational needs assessment.
  • Prepare and update educational ID cards of employees based on the courses held in the organization.
  • Supervise the implementation of training courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and take corrective measures if needed.
  • Compare the effectiveness of individual and team exercises.
  • Document the training courses held and update the training database.
  • Cooperate in the development of regulations and instructions in the field of human and administrative resources and the implementation of their workflow process.
  • Cooperate in job analysis and preparation of job description and job ID.
  • Cooperate in designing and implementing service compensation models, job evaluation, and job rating systems.
  • Cooperate in the field of talent recruitment and recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of HR strategies and procedures.
  • Cooperate in compiling and preparing reports related to the field of human resources and analyzing and monitoring them to improve the current situation and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology.
  • At least 3 years in a related field.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Mastery of the training process and its implementation methods.
  • Mastery of techniques and tools, educational needs assessment, development of educational calendar, evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of educational courses.
  • Familiarization with the process of creating a job certificate and sufficient knowledge of the reference sources in this field.
  • Getting to know the process of developing and implementing regulations in human resources.
  • Knowledge of service compensation systems and their implementation methods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Getting to know the process of recruitment and talent search, etc.
  • Familiarity with interview methods.

General Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make correct and timely decisions and logical thinking along with the ability to solve creative problems.
  • Accurate, regular, dynamic, responsible, and persistent until the result is achieved and trustworthy in maintaining the confidential information of the organization.
