Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new staff and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, listening).
  • Experience in the telecoms Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and payroll.
  • Creative and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
