Job Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
  • Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
  • Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
  • Utilize competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates effectively, ensuring a match with our organization's needs.
  • Develop effective Sourcing channels to find the best talents by analyzing recruitment KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring managerial levels.
  • Organized mind.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
