Job Description

We are looking for a talent acquisition and recruitment specialist to join our human resources department. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, planning, and coordinating interviews, and managing interview sessions.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Publish job posts on various platforms
  • Screen CVs, phone interviews, coordination of interview sessions
  • Handle personality tests, assessments, and reference checks
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Analysis and critical thinking.
