Job Description

  • Performing personnel matters such as coordinating interviews.
  • Completing employment documents, personnel contracts, leave and mission, and other human resources matters related to the company's colleagues.
  • Performing tasks assigned by management.
  • Preparing human resources request letters.
  • Following up on administrative matters, and coordinating between different units of the company.
  • Receiving personnel performance reports and presenting them to management.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with the laws of the Labor and Social Security Administration and contract affairs.

  • Proficient in personality tests during hiring.
  • Proficient in defining KPIs and performance indicators of various departments.
  • Familiar with setting up an organizational chart.
  • Proficient in physical and system archiving and document classification.
  • Familiar with attendance software.
  • Familiar with job descriptions and personnel duties.
  • No student admission.
  • Age range: 25 to 35 years old
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
