Job Description

To progress in building a professional and dynamic environment for our colleagues, we are looking for a senior HR expert who will join us with his expertise and commitment to improving the management of recruitment and performance evaluation processes and strengthening the organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback.
  • Plan and implement training programs for individual and team development.
  • Plan and assist in implementing development programs for colleagues and managers.
  • Establish professional and effective communications to identify and solve problems.

Requirements:

  • Ability to establish effective communications and build professional relationships.
  • Analytical, conclusion-making, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and simultaneous multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of human resources or related fields.
