Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Craft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms; actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Employer Branding Support: Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence and appeal in the job market.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
  • Experience in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
