Job Description

  • Maintain a keen awareness of marketplace competition and keep executive management united through effective communication.
  • Develop business strategy and align with business group direction.
  • Responsible for continually developing Solicos brand, and building increasing awareness in the marketplace.
  • Drive and lead all actions required to develop marketing plans aligned with overall business group plans.
  • Develop commercial plans in coordination with supply chain, production, sales, and trade marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry (the food/confectionary industry is considered privileged).
  • Experience in multinational companies or having the experience of being CEO is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferably from top universities).
  • A clear understanding of financial statements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mastery of conflict management.
  • Business acumen; mature in confectionary business processes such as production, sales, and supply chain.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
