Job Description

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team to achieve annual sales volume objectives for a specific product portfolio while remaining within an agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
  • Inventory stock management.
  • Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Review the operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Monitor sales activities via double visits.
  • Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.

Requirements:

  • MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master's in related medical fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience in people management and team leadership is preferred.
  • Related experience in the diabetes line is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal savvy.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to travel across the assigned district.
