Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the HR databases.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for various HR cases.
  • Control the employees’ attendance and prepare the monthly timesheet.
  • Contribute to the data preparation and dashboard design to measure the HR KPIs.
  • Assist in the HR procedures and operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Mathematics and data science background.
  • Intermediate level in English.
  • Previous experience working with data and reporting.
  • Preferred - 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Familiar wit MS Office, especially Excel. 
  • Preferred familiarity with HR processes.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Systematic thinking, active listening, and teamwork skills.
